About Ruby Hill Winery
Ruby Hill Winery brings over 135 years of winemaking history to Pleasanton, with vineyards first planted in 1885. The tasting room opened in 2008 after Mike Callahan resurrected this historic property, and their award-winning Chardonnay and estate-grown red blends have earned recognition at the San Francisco International Wine Competition.
Open daily with comfortable couches and a fireplace, the space feels more like a living room than a typical tasting room. The panoramic vineyard views and on-site deli make it easy to spend an afternoon here, especially when you're sampling their Best of Class 2021 Odyssey or exploring their range of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese.
