Cured Fish Bar brought something new to Livermore when it opened in early 2024—Japanese-influenced raw bar dining with oysters, crudos, and seasonally cured seafood. Co-owners Joseph Tomaszak and Frances Catano drew from their Bay Area restaurant experience to create this minimalist space focused on connection over food and conversation.

The short, seasonal menu pairs with sake, beer, and local wines in a clean, low-key setting. Closed Mondays and Sundays but open late other days, it's earned attention from food writers and a strong local following for bringing refined seafood culture to Livermore's dining scene.
