Canyon Lakes Golf Course & Brewery

This San Ramon course combines Ted Robinson's challenging 1986 design with sweeping views of Mount Diablo and the valley below. Since adding their on-site brewery in 2017, they've become the country's first championship 18-hole course with craft beer production—18 taps of their own award-winning brews plus a full scratch kitchen.

The Northern California heat makes early morning and twilight rounds popular, especially in summer when the taproom becomes the natural post-round gathering spot. Open daily, with the brewery side drawing plenty of non-golfers who come for the valley views and locally-made beer.
